About me
I have over 6 years experience, designing and building digital products. During this time I've worked for both FTSE 100 and 250 companies in the UK and for one of the Big Four Banks in Australia.
My strengths include my adaptability and problem-solving skills, collaboration and my eye for detail. I love having a career in design as it gives me endless opportunities to challenge myself. In my work life, I love championing inclusive design and thinking outside the box.
Places I've worked
NAB (National Australia Bank)
Senior Product Designer (Contract)
July 2025 - present
Contracted via People2.0. Led design across customer and internal banker workflows for a regulatory data refresh initiative under AML/CTF requirements, spanning complex customer structures. Challenged scope and delivery assumptions at a critical point in the program, pushing back on solutions that would increase input burden versus simplified approaches. This resulted in targeted scope changes and realignment across stakeholders. Navigated tension with engineering and delivery teams under time pressure, negotiating a compromise that preserved key UX improvements while remaining buildable within the deadline.
Designed across multiple product surfaces, aligning patterns where possible, and intentionally diverging where complex data structures required it, avoiding solutions that would break under real-world conditions.
Outcome:
Reduced unnecessary input for customers and bankers, improved overall usability, and supported on-time regulatory delivery by balancing speed, compliance, and experience quality.
JD Sports
Senior UX Designer
July 2023 - Sep. 2024
I led the design system team, setting the strategic direction through end-to-end delivery. I was responsible for all final design decisions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality across the product ecosystem and managed a team of 3 UX/UI designers. The outcome consisted of style guides, extensive component library with over 35+ unique components and 200+ page templates, usage guidelines and documentation. Throughout, I kept stakeholders closely engaged, presenting design solutions with clear rationale backed by both data and user insight.
Additionally, I collaborated closely with CRO teams to develop A/B testing plans rooted in user research and behavioural data, aligning experiments with meaningful user goals. To foster better cross-functional collaboration, I introduced ideation sessions and workshops that helped break down silos and bring diverse perspectives into the design process.
Cinch
UX Designer
Dec. 2022 - July 2023
As the sole UX designer in the Search squad, I led design efforts from discovery through to delivery, using a user-centred approach to guide key decisions across the product lifecycle. I worked closely with Product Owners and Tech Leads to shape the UX strategy and define seamless end-to-end experiences. Collaborating with engineers early in the process helped surface technical constraints and ensure our solutions were both feasible and efficient to build. I also introduced and facilitated ideation sessions and workshops, encouraging collaborative problem-solving and stronger alignment across the team.
N Brown
UX Designer
June 2021 - Dec. 2022
During my time at N Brown I worked end-to-end of the product lifecycle, translating insights from user research and product data into clear, actionable design solutions. I worked closely with stakeholders across product, tech, and research to ensure our design decisions were aligned with both user needs and business goals.
Alongside this, I helped evolve our design system, refining components to meet accessibility standards, align with brand guidelines, and deliver consistent UX across platforms. I also played a key role in supporting the rollout of a new front-end architecture, creating responsive high-fidelity designs and leading smooth handovers with engineers to bring everything to life seamlessly.

Travel
I’m an avid traveller, I love getting out and seeing the world! In 2025 I finished a 10 month backpacking trip across Southeast Asia.
Linguistics
I’ve always admired languages and how they are representative of places and cultures. It's one of the reasons why I studied German, which I speak fluently.
Photography
I enjoy capturing moments and my travels through my camera lens, it's a great way of taking a moment to stop and enjoy my surroundings.
